Sea buckthorn jam

Søbogaard's Sea Buckthorn Jam is made with whole sea buckthorn berries and the best organic cane sugar. This gives a fantastic consistency and taste. The sea buckthorn jam has a characteristic sour and sweet taste.
Sea buckthorn are small orange berries that grow on the sea buckthorn bush, typically in northern Jutland or the south-eastern islands in sandy areas. The berries are high in vitamin C and antioxidants.
Sea buckthorn jam can be used as a spread on bread, pancakes or croissants, or it can be used in desserts, glazing meat dishes or as a flavoring in sauces and dressings.
