Elderberry wine 18% alc

We hate waste, so when there's a surplus of berries after pressing them into barrels, we like to use them for new inventions.

This elderberry wine is fermented with organic Danish elderberries from Skouland on the Louns Peninsula, where we also get most of the elderflowers for juice from.

It's nurtured over winter, with added sugar, alcohol and a hint of organic ginger extract to give it a great taste. It can be enjoyed wherever and whenever you've earned a little glass of hygge.

We have been lucky enough to get a beautiful painting of elder trees and the Søbogaard atmosphere by Lona Westermann and it's so beautiful that it had to be a part of etiquette.
