Strawberry Wine 14% alc. 75 cl.

Here at Søbogaard we are constantly trying to improve and reduce waste. Our new strawberry wine is a good example of this. When producing strawberry juice, we often have a lot of juice and berries left over, as you can't utilize the berries 100% for juice. That's why we tried to start a fermentation process, which resulted in a wonderful strawberry wine. This wine is Danish summer in a bottle and can be enjoyed for many good times, including on the terrace.
