Mint juice - sweet

Søbogaard Organic Mint Juice is a refreshing drink made by extracting mint leaves with sugar, water and lemon juice. It is known for its fresh taste and cooling effect, making it popular on hot summer days. Fresh mint leaves are at the heart of mint juice. They contribute a fresh, aromatic flavor and a lovely scent.

Near the Zealand town of Ugerløse lies the Kiselgården, which is renowned in biodynamic circles. For more than 25 years, Lis and Eigil Rasmussen have been involved in the cultivation of herbs. It is therefore natural that Søbogaard's mint drink originates from their fields.

Mint juice can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on its own, diluted with water or as an ingredient in various cocktails and mocktails. It can also be served with ice cubes and slices of lemon for extra refreshment.
