Rhubarb jam

Søbogaard's organic rhubarb jam is a combination of the cunning sour rhubarb stalks and the sweet cane sugar – an experience that will delight your taste buds.
Rhubarb originates from China, but has been cultivated in Europe for many years. Rhubarb is also known to contain oxalic acid – however, it only sits in the large leaves, which should not be used for cooking.
