Cranberry juice - SUR

Søbogaard Organic Cranberry Juice is a popular drink made by squeezing the juice from cranberries, a reddish fruit that grows on low, evergreen bushes.
Cranberries are rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin C. Cranberry juice has a distinctive, sharp and tart taste that can be slightly bitter.
This juice is unsweetened, i.e. pure juice and nothing else.
Cranberry juice can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on its own, but it is also used as an ingredient in various cocktails, mocktails and mixes. It is often used in cooking to give a sour and fresh taste to dishes such as cranberry sauce, muffins and cakes.
