Propolis is made from wax, pollen, resin and essential oils.

Propolis has been used since the dawn of time. The pyramid builders in Egypt called it "black wax" and used it in embalming.

Honey should not be given to children under 1 year of age.

Søbogaard’s honey is collected by bees from Zealand. A bee flies 30,000 km to produce one liter of honey. To collect 1 kg of honey, the bee colony itself uses 8 kg of fuel—to make a single jar of honey, the bees must visit 15 million flowers.

Honey has a multitude of uses. Delicious on crackers, crispbread, in tea or try it as a sweetener the next time you bake bread.

The mulled wine is heated and mixed with red wine or water if you want the non-alcoholic version. The accompanying bag of tasty and fragrant spices puts the icing on the cake when you're getting into the Christmas spirit.
