  • Elderberry wine 18% alc
We hate waste, so when there is a surplus of berries after pressing for sfat, we like to use them for new inventions. This elderberry wine is fermented on organic Danish elderberries from Skouland on the Louns Peninsula, where we also get most of the elderflowers for juice from. It is cared for and cared for over the winter, with added sugar, alcohol and a little touch of organic ginger extract, which gives it a fantastic taste. It can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime you deserve a small glass of coziness. We have been lucky enough to get a fine painting of eldertrees and Søbogaard atmosphere by Lona Westermann and it is so nice that it should of course be part of etiquette. 75 c. bottle and 18 % alc.

  • Strawberry Wine 14% alc. 75 cl.
