Elderflower - pink

Søbogaard Pink Elderflower is the classic elderflower drink, only made from the beautiful pink elderflowers.
The color is beautiful and the taste is still top notch - sun and summer in a bottle that can be used both as a regular juice for dilution, in desserts and baked goods, in a drink or whatever you want.

The elder is one of the few larger trees that blooms in midsummer, and for many it has become the tree of summer. The elder was and is common in inhabited places, previously planted in dumps to provide shade so that the sun did not dry out the fertilizing power. But often it came on its own and positioned itself beautifully in the landscape. - Few plants have had such an impact on people's customs, legends and superstitions.
