Søbogaard's bee honey is collected by bees from Zealand. A bee flies 30,000 km on one liter of honey. To collect 1 kg of honey, the bee family itself uses 8 kg of fuel - for a glass of honey, the bees must visit 15 million flowers.

Honey has a multitude of uses. Delicious on crackers, crispbread, in tea or try it as a sweetener the next time you bake bread.
